When will I get my order?

Our shipping policy is pretty simple. We aim to get your orders out to you as fast as we possibly can. The timeframe is between 1 to 2 business weeks after your order has been processed. Processing times are up to 2 business days.

Can I order a custom blanket?

Yes, we are now accepting custom inquiries on our site, instead of solely via Instagram DM.

 

Are the blankets soft? Heavy?

The blankets are soft but also textured because they are handmade. They get even softer as you wash them. The blankets aren't too heavy. They are made like throws or a lightweight blanket to lay with.

 

Do you offer bulk pricing for orders?

Yes, orders that contain more than 3 blankets do qualify for bulk pricing. You can inquire about this via Email. Our business email is info@shophandwoven.com

 

How do returns work?

All products can be returned except custom pieces. Restocking fees apply to returns on blankets. The restocking fee is $75. The remainder of the balance after the $75 restocking fee will be returned to the method of payment after receiving the blanket.
